  • Lie down on the floor and extend your legs upwards and one knee across the other. Do 12 to 16 crunches of 3 to 4 sets and increase with the passage of time.
  • Bicycle exercise is also best for reduce weight from belly, lie on the floor and place your hands behind you head. Then lifts both legs off the ground bent at the knees and bent your right leg close to your chest and keep your left leg out and repeat this exercise with other leg.
